Port Canaveral located 45 minutes from Orlando on Florida’s space coast is an inlet granting access to the Atlantic ocean from  large cruise ships to recreational and charter fisherman. I usually fish the nearshore jetty’s both at jetty park on the south to the north jetty in front of Canaveral air force station and NASA home of SpaceX . I fish with artificial and live bait for Snook,redfish,Jacks, or whatever is there at the time . Depending the time of the year we venture out along the coast in search of cobia or tarpon mainly  in the spring and fall.
